I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, educated at Syracuse University and New York University, graduating with a degree in Art Education. My paintings express pure form and color and are non-representational. Color and texture are very important elements in my designs. Layering of paint is essential to create depth of surface on my canvases as well as paintings on paper. I have exhibited my art in galleries locally and internationally and have enjoyed showing at the Festival of Arts for eighteen years |
